Upper 90 Pro operates solely as an introductory and placement consultancy service. We facilitate introductions between prospective players and football clubs or licensed FIFA/FFA intermediaries.

Upper 90 Pro does not hold a player agent licence and does not provide contract negotiation, legal representation, or financial advice. Any formal contract negotiation is conducted exclusively by independent, FIFA-licensed intermediaries introduced by Upper 90 Pro.

Upper 90 Pro is not a party to any player contract and assumes no liability for the performance, terms, or outcome of any agreement entered into between a player and a club or agent.

Access to and use of the Upper 90 Pro platform does not guarantee placement in any football program, trial, professional league, or semi-professional competition.

All opportunities presented through the platform are subject to club recruitment needs, individual player evaluations, visa eligibility, and independent assessment by club coaching and recruitment staff.

Upper 90 Pro makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — as to the likelihood of any particular outcome for any player registered on the platform.

All content published on this website and platform is provided for informational and guidance purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, immigration, or career advice.

Players and clubs are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal and financial advice before entering into any binding agreement arising from introductions made through Upper 90 Pro.

Where contract negotiation or formal representation is required, Upper 90 Pro will facilitate an introduction to an independent, FIFA-licensed player intermediary. Upper 90 Pro does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the advice, fees, or conduct of any third-party agent.

Players retain the right to select their own licensed representative at any stage of the process. Upper 90 Pro will not benefit financially from any player contract except where a separate, transparent introduction fee agreement has been disclosed and agreed in writing.

By submitting an application or creating a player profile on the Upper 90 Pro platform, you acknowledge and consent to your profile information — including name, playing statistics, biography, and highlight materials — being shared with authorised club scouts, coaching staff, and affiliated intermediary partners for the sole purpose of facilitating scouting and placement opportunities.

Upper 90 Pro will not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. All data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable state privacy legislation.

You may request removal of your profile and data at any time by contacting our team directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Upper 90 Pro, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this platform or the outcomes of any introduction or placement facilitated through our services.

Upper 90 Pro's total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid by the relevant party to Upper 90 Pro in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upper 90 Pro reserves the right to update or amend these terms and disclaimers at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
